For visitors with mobility impairments:
- Wheelchair accessible parking is available adjacent to the museum.
- Our main entrance is accessible by ramp.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available for public use (at no cost) on a first-come-first-serve basis. They can be found in the first floor coatroom, or ask at the information desk in the lobby.
- All galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and those who need to avoid stairs. Each of the four floors is reachable by both of our elevators.
For visitors with visual impairments:
- Tactile tours of our collections are available with advance registration. Please call us at (508) 853-6015 ext. 20, and as with any tour please allow at least two weeks notice.
